“What We Do in the Shadows."
“What We Do in the Shadows” (Hulu) Six Seasons, comedy horror mockumentary fantasy series, based on the 2014 New Zealand film of the same name. Yup, this hilarious series had to end because it seemed to have lost jokes already.
All the performers were fun! <>Kayvan Novak as Nandor the Relentless. Once the bloodthirsty leader of the fictional kingdom of Al-Quolanudar in southern Iran. <>Matt Berry as Leslie "Laszlo" Cravensworth. A 310-year-old vampire from British nobility who was turned by Nadja and is now married to her.
<>Natasia Demetriou as Nadja of Antipaxos – A 500-year-old Greek Romani vampire who turned Laszlo into a vampire and later married him. <>Harvey Guillén as Guillermo de la Cruz. Nandor's long-suffering Latino familiar. <>Mark Proksch as Colin Robinson. An energy vampire.
My most favorite is Nandor and his weird accent; and Nadja, I think she's hot! By the way, the theme song “You're Dead” is by a Filipina, Norma Tanega. Known in the 1960's for her song “Walkin’ My Cat Named Dog,” she also wrote songs for Dusty Springfield. 🎥💻📽
GAVE UP. “Men of a Certain Age” (HBO) comedy-drama, about three best friends in their late forties dealing with the realities of being middle aged. Not too funny. I think I had enough of Ray Romano.
